Essay

At the thesis results of researches concerning an influence of a general moderate cooling on the course and outcomes of learning under negative reinforcement are presented on the model of a conditioned reaction of active avoidance in white male rats of age of 3 and 6 months. An analysis of behavioral reactions and parameters of morphofunctional activity of brain structures (according to electroencephalography and morphology data, and dynamics of macro- and microelements contents) demonstrated that a preliminary general moderate cooling had favored more successive formation of the active avoidance behavior despite of level of nervous system excitability. Age peculiarities of this effect pointed out in the thesis stipulate a necessity to take into account the age for optimization of a modulating influence of a general moderate cooling on organism.
