Alyokhina T. Hygienic estimation of the floatation production technology of an iron-ore concentrate using flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M"

The object - technology of a padding flotation of an iron-ore concentrate using flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M".The purpose of research: to develop and to insert measures on building favorable working conditions of the workers on a base of a hygienic estimation of technology of a flotation of an iron-ore concentrate with usage of flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M" and to install character of his biological effect. Methods of research: hygienic, tocsicometric, physiological, biochemical, morphological, chemical, sanitary - statistical. Theoretical and practical results: legitimacies of creation of hygienic working conditions of the workers for the first time are installed at a padding flotation of an iron-ore concentrate with usage of flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M"; the role of a volumetric factor among other unfavorable production factors is defined; the character and features of a biological effect of flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M" on an organism is installed which deepen scientificrepresentations concerning to the mechanism of toxic operation of amines and their derivates; by results of experimental researches is justified, predicated and is inserted 3 MCL for flotation agent: in air of working zone, free air of the occupied places, in water of reservoirs drinking and cultural - social water using; the methodical indicating, concerning to techniques of a contents oxiethylated of diamines reacting components of flotation agent "Lilaflot D 817 M" in various mediums are developed. Degree of adoption: is inserted 3 MCL of flotation agent; the conclusions on stuffs of work were included in makeup design and are inserted on Poltava MPW. Field of application: medicine, hygiene.
