Gritsyna O. The parties of christian orientation in Ukraine nowadays: the experience and the prospect.

The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of parties of christian orientation in Ukraine. The evolutions history in the development of christian-democratic movement in Ukraine and its relation with the political movements of christian movements in the European countries and Latin America were cleared up. In the work, the current problems of christian political movement in Ukraine were taken up and were deduced its origin, relation between the parties, which represent it, the extent of influence and its forms of participation of christian parties during the current political processes, the extent of their influence in the society, the causes and consequences of the unsuccessful participation of the christian-democratic parties in the parliamentary election 1998 and 2002 years were followed . In the dissertation, the possibility and expedience the confessional political parties of christian orientation in Ukraine were analyzed. On the ground of the analyses in data of sociological and statisticalstudies, interdepence between the level of religiosity and confessional attribute to the population and its political activity was cleared up.
