Brus T. Public Policy Analysis: theoretical and historical basis.

The object is process of development of public policy analysis in public administration; the aim is generalization of public policy analysis’ theoretical and historical basis and working recommendations up for creating organizational and institutional conditions for its methods’ implementation to sphere of state-administration decision-making; the methods are systematic, historical, logical, comparative, content-analysis, classification; the new approach lies in disclosing of regularities of development of public policy analysis and interrelations of its main stages with political thought development and political practice improvement, other sciences’ methods; the outcomes of research are applicable in practical activities of state and self-government authorities for improvement of policy process or policy program, in teaching of political sciences and public policy analysis in higher school; the field is policy-making.
