Omelchuk V. Formation of the state youth housing policy in Ukraine

Object - youth housing policy in Ukraine. Goal - setting scientific and theoretical principle for and determination of ways of the effectiveness increase for implementation of the youth housing policy in the context of the modern demographical tendencies and national strategical objectives of the Ukrainian state building. Methods - systematic, economic and graphic analysis, mathematical, and statistical ones. Innovation - the regional pre-conditions for implementation of hypothec schemes including state subsidizing for youth mortgage have been explored; the influence of the state subsidizing for mortgages both at the micro and macro level has been described. Outcomes - the methodology of evaluation of a young family social activity in the context of the strategical objectives in the frame of the national state building has been improved; the further development of the conceptual principles of implementation of the state hypothec crediting schemes for youth bearing in mind the scared resources and the on-going demographic processes has been provided.
