Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation and analysis of the contemporary medico-biologic and social-economic risk factors of the origin of urinary system organs in children, and peculiarities of the clinical course of them. There has been developed the algorithm of detecting nephropathy with the children at the early stage of illness, namely, that having little manifestation and delitescence, this consecution of mass and selective screening with further profound nephrological examination. The application of ultrasound selective screening in epidemiological examination of children of group of high risk of the development of nephropathies allows to reveal the pathology of urinary system organs three times more frequently than in mass ultrasound examination as the most informative screening test to detect the latent forms of nephropathies early.
