Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the increase of treatment efficiency in patients with complicated form of chronic pancreatitis. The character of the clinical manifestation changes was determined depending on the form of chronic pancreatitis complications. It was revealed that pancreatogenic type, the marker of which is digestive disorder and triglyceride absorption, is the leading mechanism of disordered absorption syndrome in patients with cyst and obstructive chronic pancreatitis. It was establiched that surgical operation in care of chronic pancreatitis complicated forms, which eliminate hypertension in pancreas ducts, lead to digestive disorder compensation during distant period at the expense of pancreatogenic type influence and transform the additional disorder mechanism of digestion and absorption.
