Object of research is ecological management. The aim of research - complex development of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of ecological management development on enterprises of woodworking industry. Method of system-structural and comparison analysis, logistic analysis, statistics methods, economic-mathematical modelling. The theoretic outcomes and novelty are development of principle bases of organisational mechanism development of ecological management of enterprises of woodworking industry, in the measures of which it is fulfilled valuation of state and monitoring of ecological management. Practical outcomes and novelty - ecological management state valuation method, application for ecological management state valuation, forming of ecological management organisational mechanism. A degree of an implementation - scientific results were discussed on 12 conferences, published in 25 scientific works and inculcated on 3 woodworking enterprises.
