Theoretical basis and methodical principles of the system forming are improved. Its structure building is elaborated. Algorithm of expenses' forecasting is worked out. Structure of expert system is proposed. The results are inculcated by drilling enterprises of Ukraine. Sphere of use is the drilling of wells.
