The process of the enterprise distribution activities. Development of theoretical and practical propositions regarding the improvement of organizing distribution activities of enterprises. Methods - comparative and economic analysis, systematization, grouping and generalization. Methodical propositions as to the development of distribution policy; secondary structures in distribution; classification of organizational marketing and distribution management structures; the model of restructuring enterprise distribution activities are worked out. The results are introduced at enterprises and in teaching. Distribution activities of producers of consumers' goods are the sphere of application.
