Object of research: processes of financially-economic activity management of higher educa-tional establishment. Purpose of research: de-velopment of effective financially-economic ac-tivity management system of institute of higher education, functioning in conditions of market economy of Ukraine at the expense of expendi-tures lowering on its implementation and rise of efficiency and exactness of accounting informa-tion treatment. Methods of research: system analysis, logistics, economic and mathematical modeling and information technologies. Re-sults: performed research of peculiarities of fi-nancially-economic activity management system construction of institute of higher education in modern conditions; existing approaches to ap-plication of logistics tools, controlling and reen-gineering in financially-economic activity man-agement system of institute of higher education are analyzed; a conceptual model of financially-economic activity management system organiza-tion of institute of higher educationis worked up; the mechanisms financial and the material resources management of institute of higher education are worked up; a structure of complex of information decisions support at management system of financially-economic activity of insti-tute of higher education is worked up; approach to determination of efficiency of reorganized business-processes is offered.
