Essay

Object of research: is etiopathogenesis of vulvovaginitis and the therapy given to patients with bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis; the aim of research: increasing of therapy efficacy in patients with bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis using hypobaric- and aroma therapy in the complex treatment on the basis of the study of the antibacterial effect of ethereal oils, estimation of vaginal microecosystems and immunohormonal status; theoretical results, practical significance and novelty: For the first time the bactericidal effect of some ethereal oils in vitro at Candida albicans and obligate anaerobic organisms of the vagina in women with bacterial vaginosis is shown. Аt first done the interrelation among some representatives of vaginal microbiocenosis, between immunity (estradiol (Е2), progesteron (Пр)) and hormonal indexis (ІgG, ІgA і SlgA) is revealed, the model of E2 and Pr level prognosing is done; the complex method of treatment to patients with bacterial vaginosis and vaginal c andidiasis using of hypobaric- and aroma therapy has been worked out; effect of using: stable clinical remission in 92,9% of patients with bacterial vaginosis and in 92,6% - vaginal candidiasis is worked out and well-grounded.
