Savchenko M. Management of an economic potential of the industrial enterprises

Object researched: process of management of the machine-building enterprises’ economic potential in the Donetsk region. Purpose: working out methodical bases for management of the industrial enterprise’s economic potential, models for development of the potential and working out practical recommendations on building the system for development of the enterprise’s potential using the principle of interchangeability. Methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, of grouping and classification, of comparison and expert estimation, of economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: models for development of the industrial enterprise’s economic potential, methodic for estimation of the industrial enterprise’s economic potential taking into account synergism, hierarchical system of indicators of the economic potential development, methodical approaches to increase use of enterprise’s economic potential. Practical application of the results promotes increase of the effective organization of management of the industrial enterprise’s economic potential. Sphere of application covers VAT “Donetsgirmash”, PK ATZT “Metallist” where the research developments have been introduced, as well as the department of economic of material production under the Chief Economic Administration in the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
