Object of the study: physiopsychoprophylactical training of pregnant women to delivery. Purpose of the study: to reduce the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications by elaborating of the differenti-ated approach to the physiopsychoprophylactical training of pregnant women to delivery depending on their typological characteristics Methods of the study: сlinical, paraclinical, psychodiagnos-tic and laboratory methods, statistics Theoretical and practical significance: the necessity of complex examination of pregnant women is shown by the author. The differentiated approach to the physiopsychoprophylactical training of pregnant women to delivery depending on their typological characteristics is worked out by the author. Novelty of the obtained results: The author studied the course of gestation and delivery depending on women's typological characteristics. It is set, that a high level of neurotism is a risk factor for the development of obstetric complications during pregnancy, and extraversionis a risk factor for the development of anomalies of delivery. It is shown that differentiated physiopsychoprophylactical training leads to reduction of the stress level of women. It leads to reduction of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications. Introduction: the results of the research are introduced in the work of 8 hospitals and 2 medical educated institutions. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics.
