Kutsenko I. Features of epidemiology, clinic and treatment of allergic dermatoses among workers of large industrial enterprises

In the dissertation were shown the theoretical substantiation and the new decision of the scientific problem directed on increasing of treatment efficiency of allergic skin diseases (ekzema, allergic dermatitis) among workers coke chemical manufactures by application of ozone in complex treatment on the basis of a pathogenetic role of endogenic intoxication, disorders of metalloligandic and biochemical homeostasis. It is carried out the epidemiological analysis and complex laboratory inspection of workers of the coke chemical industry in dependence of various industrial harms. It were established the expressed infringements of metalloligandic homeostasis. The infringements of nitrogen oxyde metabolism in patients with allergic dermatoses were revealed, the most expressed among the persons working on coke chemical manufacture and it depended on their experience of work. For the first time features of endogenic intoxication in patients with allergic dermatoses were established and their interrelation with peroxyde-antioxyde disbalance, working on coke chemical industrial production. It is developed and pathogenic prooved the original complex way of treatment of patients with allergic dermatoses with application of ozone.
