Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to actual problem of venereology - sophistication of differential diagnostics methods of male urological organs during mass prophylactic screenings. The essential of the method was creation of calculation tables of diagnostics with estimation of thresholds sums of differential diagnostics coefficients with significance close to 99,9% and bias less than 20% and determination of ultrasound markers of prostate diseases. On the basis of comparative analysis the efficacy and necessity of complex treatment of chronic trichomonal and trichomonal-associated urethroprostatitis with implication of antiprotozoal (tenonitrozol), antibacterial (azitromicin, oflocksacin), vascular protective (semi-synthetic diosmin), non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (dicklofenack-natrii, "Gentos") and local endourethral low-energy laser-therapy (patent №53845 А 17.02.2003) with an improvement of etiological treatment in 95% of cases, reduction of complications, terms of treatment, amount of relapses,and increase tolerance to the treatment. The necessity to discover among these patients concomitant reproductive, sexual and psycho-emotional disorders with inclusion to the rehabilitation program which can significantly improve quality of life, social and family adaptation of men.
