Scientific novelty of results of research consists in the following: the essence of a category small forms of managing as sectors of transitive economy of an occupation level providing growth and incomes of agricultural population, saturation of the markets by the goods and services is specified; classification of small forms of managing by the developed set of criteria (a field of activity, the sizes, a pattern of ownership, the form of the organization of economic activities, a level of specialization, marketability, a branch accessory etc.) for the first time is developed, That provides the system and scientifically-grounded approach to research of small business on village; criteria and system of parameters of an estimation of efficiency of small forms of managing are specified, main from which are maximization of the profit (or the income) on unit of the spent resources at high quality of production, works and services and maintenance of their competitiveness; the factors of the external and internal environment influencing efficiency of functioning of small forms of managing in a countryside among which dominate are specified: a level of the state support, availability of credit resources, legislative regulation of small forms of managing and a level of tax pressure, size and quality of resource potential of small forms of managing, a degree of a variety of activity, a level of technological maintenance and qualification of the staff; Development of theoretical bases and economic mechanisms of the state support of small forms of managing on village, as sets of tools of a financial, credit, legislative, tax and social policy of the state has received the further development; the technique of an estimation to risk of functioning of forms of small business has received the further development on the basis of expert estimations.
