Kosyns'kyj O. Level endogenic intoxication in patients with choledocholithiasis under influencing enteral tube feeding

The dissertation is devoted to decision of one of actual surgical tasks - increase of results of treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis using correction of endogenous intoxication in early postoperative period with enteral tube feeding. That led to marked decrease of rate of postoperative complications and marked decrease of terms of hospital treatment. Author using metodic complex approach studied the level of endogenous intoxication in patients with choledocholithiasis before and after operation in case of different level of jaundice. There was proposed to estimate the level of endogenous intoxication depending on disorders of nutritive status and microbiocenosis. There was ground theoretically and proved practically the necessity of enteral tube feeding in patients with choledocholithiasis with aim of decreasing the level of endogenous intoxication, disorders of nutritive status and severity of bowel dysbiosis.
