Essay

The dissertation deals with a study of efficacy of using Trymetazidin in the basic therapy of patients with trivial craniocerebral injury. The use of the cytoprotective remedy - Trymetazidin in a course of basic therapy of patients with brain concussion and brain contusion of a slight degree results in a rapid and essential regression of the rate of complaints and the neurological status parameters, an improvement of the patients' higher cerebral functions, contributes to an essential decrease of hypoxic manifestations, oxidant stress against a background of the reactivation of antioxidant defence factors, resulting in a reduction of the signs of damaged neurons.
