Research object: secret of a udder of cows, cultures staphylococcus aureus, washouts from the equipment, modular milk, environment of cowhouse. Research purpose: to determine veterinary-sanitary normative of the content staphylococcus aureus in milk as one of parameters of its safety, and improvement of methods of the microbiological control of this microorganism agrees to modern international requirements Research methods: veterinary-sanitary, organoliptic, bacteriological, microbiological, microscopic and biometric. Scientific novelty: it was determined veterinary-sanitary normative of the content staphylococcus aureus in milk, it was advanced a method of veterinary-sanitary estimation of presence staphylococcal hemolysins in milk and milk products. Degree of application: The certain veterinary-sanitary normative of safety of milk is used in the state laboratories of veterinary medicine of the Ternopol region, the patent of Ukraine for a way of identification of bacteria of genus Staphylococcus (F-test) is received.
