Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of correlation between forms of learning / teaching process organization in the higher law educational institutions based on foreign language material. The current situation in learning / teaching process organization has been analyzed in the psychological-pedagogical literature and in the practice of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine. The definitions in question have been specified. The principle of optimum correlation between forms of learning / teaching process organization and the model of its realization have been proved. The types and variants of correlation between forms of learning / teaching process organization and their kinds have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; the organizational-pedagogical conditions providing their efficiency have been revealed. The option algorithm of forms of learning / teaching process organization and their kinds in different variants of their correlation have been elaborated and experimentally verified. The ways of cognitive interest development of cadets in foreign language learning as the component of their professional culture have been identified. The seminar and laboratory structures in non-linguistic higher educational institutions have been worked out.
