Essay

. The object - the glycemic metabolism processes. The purpose - the raising of early diagnostics efficiency of the Diabetes mellitus and the malabsorption by computer treatment of clinical data. The methods - the mathematical modeling; the differential equations solving and identification of it's parameters values according the patient's clinical data; the statistical analysis. The theoretical and practical re-sults, novelty - the original mathematical models of glycemic dynamics and glucose absorption in an intestine are proposed; for the first time the real character of insu-lin-dependent glucose utilization dynamics is elucidated; for the first time the form of glucose absorption function appearance is elucidated and the method of glucose absorption indirect dimension is offered; the new methods of early diagnostics of the Diabetes mellitus and the malabsorption are offered. The subject and the degree of introducing - the new method of Diabetes mellitus early diagnostics is already adopted in current work of the clinic of Institute of Endocrine Pathology Problem of AMS of Ukraine. The introduction efficiency - the superiority of the new method to the WHO recommendation is established statistically authentically. The sphere of using - medicine (endocrinology and gastroenterology).
