Essay

The thesis is devoted to elaboration of regional mechanisms of small entrepreneurship development. The essence of entrepreneurship was clarified and its potential in solving the transformational, economic and social problems was investigated in given manuscript, organizational and economic factors of small entrepreneurship development were defined. The social and economic preconditions for establishing іncubator centers, technopark structures and entrepreneurship clusterss were substantiated. The strategic directions of entrepreneurship development.
