Object: economic processes which accompany forming of land-tenures of agricultural enterprises, factors of development of the land tenure in the modern terms of manage and their influence on the use of the land resources. Purpose: development of scientifically-methodological bases of forming of land-tenures of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of reformation of the land tenure. Methods: system method, monographic, analytical, balance, calculation -constructive, economic statistics. Results: improvement and realization of method of forming of land-tenures of agricultural enterprises. Novelty: it is grounded complex of methodical questions and practical recommendations in relation to forming of stable land-tenures of agricultural enterprises. The method of substantiated project decisions during development of projects of forming of agricultural enterprises is improved in the conditions of privately-leasing land-tenure. The complex nonlinear model of forming of land-tenures of agricultural enterprises is created with cyclic optimization of project decisions and removal of failings and miscalculations. Dependence between the spatial parameters of land-tenures of agricultural enterprises and economic performance indicators is exposed.
