Essay

The object of research - the processes of management of entrepreneurial activity at industrial firms. The aim of dissertation work is theoretical generalization and methodological grounding of socio-economic basis of entrepreneurial activity at industrial firms of Ukraine and improving of socio-economic mechanism of its management. Realization of this mechanism will stimulate reaching strategic goals of enterprises under conditions of transition to the market relations. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in working out theoretical propositions and practical recommendations concerning improving of socio-economic mechanism of managing entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. The nature of entrepreneurial activity of industrial firms has been conceptually determined. The methods of account of internal and external factors of entrepreneurship have been systemized and grounded. Theoretical methodological basis of researching problems of entrepreneurial activity and conceptual ideas concerning mechanism of regulating socio-economical and psychological factors of entrepreneurial activity have been further developed. Theoretical propositions developed in dissertation are used in the process of studying at Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law. The essential propositions and recommendations of the research have been used at private industrial commercial and trade enterprise "Mego", private industrial PLC "Interbud" and PLC "Energopolis", the state-owned enterprise "Industrial Association" Southern Machine-building Plant" named after A.M. Makarov. And also at Kirovskiy and Industrialniy regions of Dnipropetrovsk while working out socio-economic programs of development.
