The dissertation is devoted to research and development of radiationg units electromagnetic waves of average mange for regulation of activity of biological objects, including persons. In work was researches the characteristics, of some albuminous solutions are depending on a weight share of water and reaction of biological objects. On frequency, a doze, amplitude and a spectrum of influencing signal. Parameters of the electromagnetic radiation were determined optimum working on biological objects, waters containing a plenty quantity of water. The given parameters were realized by two various ways which differ a way of generation of the casual signal modulating carrying signal. In first case used the generator of a pseudo-casual binary sequence, and by the second - the generator of the determined chaos. Circuits of therapeutic devices are developed which have passed clinical approbation.
