Skibo J. Forecasting and preventive maintenance of sharp thromboses of deep veins at patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity

Object of the study: deep venous thrombosis. Purpose of the study: improvement of results of treatment of patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity by development and introduction in clinic new methods of forecasting and preventive maintenance acute thromboses of deep veins in the postoperative period. Methods of the investigation: Clinical, coagulological, immunological, ultrasonic, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the developed method of forecasting and preventive maintenance of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins in the postoperative period is based on available in applied medicine methods of research, makes possible wider and its proved application not only in the specialized centres, but also in other medical institutions that will promote decrease of quantity thrombosis complications and lethality at patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity. Novelty of the obtained results:For the first time on the basis of studying and statistical processing of coagulogramm parameters, clinical and immunological analyses of blood at patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity are determined effective criteria of forecasting of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins in the postoperative period. It is developed prognosis authentic risk coefficient of development of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins and a new method of forecasting of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins in the postoperative period. 4 groups of risk of development of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins in the postoperative period at patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity for the first time are allocated according to size offered risk coefficient of a sharp thrombosis of deep veins. On the basis of studying the reasons of occurrence of thromboses of deep veins at patients with diseases of bodies of a belly cavity in the postop-erative period, according to group of risk of development of such complications, preventive actions in the pre-and postoperative period are designated. Degree of introduction: Used tactics of forecasting and preventive maintenance was introduced into clinical practice of Institute for Urgent and General Surgery (Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine), 26-th clinical hospital of Kharkov, the Kharkov clinical hospital of fast and urgent medical aid named of professor A.I.Meshchaninov.
