Essay

Integrated theoretical analysis of the legal regulation of the contractual obligations related to passing of property from one person no another is the primary intent of the research. General description of the legal grounds of origin of private property law is given in the work, and the place of civil agreement within these grounds is defined. The system of civil agreements, after which citizens acquire the proprietary right, is defined, and also the peculiarities of application of general requirements for the force of passing of property agreement are considered.
