The dissertation is devoted to research of a legal nature, and also theoretical and practical aspects of questions, which arise at the conclusion of the contract deposits of the account.. In work on the basis of the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and other countries, and also with application of rules(situations) of the general (common) theory of the right are formulated concept of the contract deposits of the account, his (its) elements (object, subject, contents), and also the necessity the greater legal regulation of the contract deposits of the account with the help of civil-law toolkit is investigated.
