Scientific research is directed on the analysis and synthesis of forming and functioning of the political advertising in Ukraine. The experience of foreign and domestic publicity campaigns is considered for modern political advertising prosses with the purpose of reformation it, the algorithm of effective publicity campaign is also offered. Dissertation contains theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations in relation to modernization of the political advertising in the Ukrainian plane through the improvement of electoral legislation, political culture, functioning of power of political elite
