In this work are stated results of complex research of economical efficacy grain growing in conditions of development of market economy in the period after re-forms. The further development have got researches of economic concepts " the ef-fect" and "the efficacy", understanding of these concepts as productivity, ability to ensure respective kinds of efficacy: economic, power, social, cost accounting etc. With the purpose of ordering classification of kinds of efficacy in this dissertation is offered expedient of using of two classification attributes: 1) the requirements of three sections of carriers of economic interests: society - enterprise - person; 2) the results of industrial activity irrespective of their positive or negative character. It is offered a new methodic of definition of capacity of capital of grain cul-tures, in which basis is necessary annual specific weight of balance cost of single means and structures, which are using on the industry of concrete culture. Is carried out the complex scientific estimation of efficacy of separate grain cultures in re-search regions, is generalized the tendencies of their changes and the factors which them are determined cause. The practical value of research is that in this work are caused direction of effective development of a grain husbandry which essence to be reduced to introduction to the industry of new technologies, rational use of productions that allows to remove superfluous work receptions and losses of working hours. Is determined the basic ways of improvement of state regulation of the market of a grain, export-import operations and keeping of the respective prices for the grain at the expense of intervention and pledge purchases at agricultural commodity manufacturers.
