Poyedynok V. Legal position of an investor as a subject of economic relations.

The actual thesis is devoted to the complex study of legal position of an investor as a subject of economic relations. The features necessary for legal possibility of being an investor are identified. The principles of the economic law status of an investor are defined and problems of their realization are examined. Economic rights of an investor are systematically studied on the basis of their division into rights as to investing, rights as to investments and their results and rights as to favorable conditions of investment activity, as well as economic duties of an investor on the basis of their division into duties providing for public interests and duties providing for private interests of subjects of investment activity. The classification of investors on the basis of the complex of legally significant criteria is made and specific features, as well as problems of legal treatment of certain groups of investors are identified. The system of guarantees for investors is studied, which are classifiedinto investors' rights guarantees, investors' legal interests guarantees and investors' rights and legal interests protection guarantees.
