Essay

The work is based on the 258 investigated patients with cholecystitis after laparoscopic and laparotomic cholecystectomy in which showed the preferance of videoendoscopic operations: mortality absence, less of pneumonia, wound infections and dyspepsia. In development of suppurative complications takes part the high maintenance E.coli associated with bacteroides, klebsiella and grampositive cocci. Long-term follow-ups of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are also better. Functionale disorders of digestion after laparoscopic procedures met more than three times rarer. During long time the changes of glucose and lipids suctions are remained in particular. saved.
