There is on the defensivs the manuscript of the dissertation devoted to complex consideration of the questions of philosophy of right, in particular natural right from the point of view their philosophical-sociological interpretation to the requirements of the present in the conditions of the transitional state system and becoming of civil society in Ukraine. A place and role of inseparable natural human right in the process of creation of the independent Ukrainian state, civil society, in renewal of Ukrainian spirituality, culture, traditions and norms of moral is explored.
