Derkach M. Competitiveness management of the integrated unions enterprises in the common European space conditions

Actuality of this work is conditioned by the necessity of new mechanism searching that help to rise functioning and competitiveness efficiency of the Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of globalization, internationalizations and European integration. Conceptional approaches for providing competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of common European space throw integrated unions creation allow to create more effective business system of full value with the common center of strategic and tactical decisions adoption, balanced purposed system, effective organizational structure and key business process. The contrived notion of common European economic space express economic interests multikoleniarity of home subjects of management and their international economic communications with enterprises from EU, CIC, GUAM allows to specify the factors of external environment which affect on domestic enterprises competitiveness at the international markets. Research of financial-industrial groups creation and development, corporate formations and holdings in Ukraine and abroad allowed to expose basic approaches to their forming and define strategic reference points taking into account national interests.
