Krasnоyaruzhskiy A. Surgical tactics and treatment of the patients by a purulent mediastinitis with application of leukocytic carriers of medicinal matters

In a basis of the present examination results of survey and treatment 101 patients. Bunch of comparison included 49 patients transiting treatment undergone in institute of surgery (IGUS AMSU) for the term since 1982 to 1992, in a basic group - 52 patients with an acute purulent mediastinitis, where 27 patients transiting treatment for the term since 1992 to 2000 surgical tactics designed in IGUS AMSU was applied and 25 patients for the term since 2000 to 2002 alongside with a surgical method was.1applied a deposition of pharmaceuticals with the help of autoleycocitic carriers.As a result of complex surgical, antibacterial, deztoxic treatment we were possible managed a lethality from 28,6 % in bunch of comparison, where the traditional procedures, up to 25,9 % in a subgroup with application of methods of a drainage designed hi IGUS AMSU were applied and introduction alongside with the above-stated procedures of a method of a deposition of pharmaceu-ticals, utillizing autoleycocitic carriers, the lethality has decreased to 20 %.
