L.A. M. Special features of formation and development of the small enterprises management system in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to researching formation and development of management system of small enterprises in Ukraine under transformation conditions of economic relations. An aggregate of methodical, theoretical, organizational, psychological and practical management aspects of small enterprises is researched in this work. Essence and specific features of small enterprises as management object in the system of market relation's formation and development in Ukraine are defined. The definition "small enterprises management system" is formatted and main factors that influence management system of small enterprises formation were found out. It is proved that small enterprises as an open socio-economic system is characterized by entrepreneurial type of management which is based on working out and achievement of strategic goals orientation.
