The thesis is devoted to the problem of increase non-operative treatment efficacy of children with chronic maxillary sinusitis by determine a new etiological factor and correction to damage of mucous immunological system. It was determine, that respiratory epithelium cells of middle airway was damage Chlamydia antigen in 56.6% children with chronic maxillary sinusitis. This infected patient had antibody of class IgG to Chlamydia pneumoniae and Chlamydia psittaci in serum. It was detected, that sIgA level in salivary liquid and maxillary sinus exudates is very important up-to-date test for estimate of mucous local immunity and treatment efficacy. The results of morphological, histological, immunological investigation, which was carried out on rats, testify that anti-inflammatory and immune-corrective efficacy of using Thymalinum and Amizonum are present. The most effective was combination of both. After taking experiment investigation we used these results in clinical practice. It was established, thatusing of combination Thymalinum and Amizonum increased regeneration processes and reduced local immunity status. The effective treatment method of chronic maxillary sinusitis in children was proposed. This method includes: macrolid antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and interferonogenic medicine - Amizonum and immunomodulative medicine - Thymalinum. It was allowed to decrease treatment time and prolonged period between exacerbations.
