"Judicial System of the Ukrainian State (the Getman State) 1648-1657." In the dissertation on the basis of the considerable quantity the source of in-formation in complex is investigate the process of formation and development of court system's of Ukrainian state during the period of the liberated competition of Ukrainian people under the leadership of B. Khmel'nits'kij (1648-1657). The author is open up the structure system of courts of Hetmanate, fundamental functions and competences her main parts, peculiarity of court procedure. The great attention is spare of the modification of the court procedure which be result of the liberated competition, as well as find out and appreciation of the role and significance of B. Khmel'nits'kij in formation of system of courts of Hetmanate during 1648-1657.
