Essay

The thesis is devoted to the vital question - reducing the negative impact of the clay solution on the technology of trench arrangement in the method "Wall in a ground" at the expense of using the effective means of preparing solution. There were established the laws of quality changing of the solution with the clay powder and the clod clay, and also the parameters of technology its preparing by the impulse mixer from the factors which influence on them. During the technological modeling of fulfillment the works taking into account the quality changes of solution in the exploitation, there were established the influence of solutions, which were prepared by the impulse clay mixer, on the indicators of the process of digging the trench by the grab, during the changes of trench's depth and the level's depth of subsoil waters. Methods for formation the set of machines and mechanisms of the clay economy in the method "Wall in a ground" and recommendations to the technology of establishing "Wall in a ground" using the impulse clay mixer.
