Object of research: process of creation and development of regional grain market in Lviv oblast The purpose of research: working out of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of formation and development of regional grain market as well as grounding proposals concerning the ways of its further development Methods: a dialectical method of knowledge, abstracts and logical, monographic, graphic, settlement-constructive, statistical and economic, systematic and comparative analysis, experimental Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical results of the research contribute to the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of formation and development of agrarian market (in particular the grain one). Practical value of the received of research is directed to the effective functioning of grain market and administrative decisions concerning working out of ways of the development of grain sales channels, formation of grain market infrastructure, mechanisms of price-formation in the branch ofgrain-production. Research novelty: Theoretical and methodological states-ments concerning formation of agrarian market and grain market (in particular methodological approaches concerning the notion of market as an economic category) obtained their development. The research suggested the author scheme of agrarian market functioning; revealed theoretical aspects of the factors formulating the level of prices of grain by means of their systematization and classification; described the schemes of price-forming factors at the grain market as well as their influence on the price level. The principle aspects of avaluation methods of the state of regional grain market were proved. Some proposals concerning the development of grain sales channels were suggested. Ways of grain market infrastructure formation were grounded. The research deepened approaches to the development of the enlarged normative production costs, mortage and equivalent prices of grain, peeled grains, and legume crops. It worked out the prices strategyof the development of grain producing enterprices The degree of introduction: the results of research are accepted for introducing by Principle Department of Agriculture and Food Stuff in Lviv Region, Zhovkva and Radekhiv districts state administrations, education and research farm "Dublyanskij" (Zhovkva district, Lviv region). Besides they have been used in the curricula of Lviv state agrarian university Efficiency: the results of research formulate the conception and effective functioning of the regional market of grain.
