Essay

The aim of the work to improve the treatment effectiveness of background cervical diseases in females with genital infections. The features of those cervical diseases have been studied against a background of sexually transmitted infections. Theaccuracy of noninvasive and invasive methods of diagnostics, have been defined, the chnges in the immune response and in the protective barrier of the reproductive tract"s mucous membranes have been studied in dependence on the character of infection. The dynamics of morphologic changes of the uterine neck"s mucosa has been shown in dependence on etiological factor and in the process of treatment. Indications for treatment and differential prescription of a course of treatment including Proteflazyd and Cycloferon have been substantiated. The algorhythm of diagnostics and treatment has been developed which leads to the decrease ofterms and cost of treatment, to normalization of indexes of both systemic immunity and the immunity of the genital organs"mucous membranes, to the lower recurrence rate of the cervical background diseases.
