Ukrainskiy V. State regulation of the enterprises activity according to the social - ecological concept of management

The object of research - processes of state standardization of activity of the industrial enterprises according to social - ecological by concept of management. The purpose of research - development of theoretical rules(situations), methodical approaches and development scientific - practical of recommendations for formation of the standards regulating activity of the enterprises according to social - ecological concepts of state management. Methods of research - comparison, similarity, abstraction, and also empirical methods. The practical significance of the results, received in the dissertation, is, that they make a theoretical and methodological basis of perfection of processes of transition of the state to stable, socially and ecologically to safe development. The scientific novelty of the received results consists in because dependence of parameters of system of state management and management of the enterprises from a ecolevel of collective consciousness of company for the first time is reasonable; the criterion of monitoring of stable development of the state based on balance of dominant system properties of macroregions of Ukraine is offered; the complex of technologies is developed, with which help the standardization of management of strategic resources of the enterprises of petroleum-gas branch of Ukraine is possible according to social - ecological concepts of state management. The approach to formation of the organizational circuit of management of strategic resources "Staff" and "Production" for petroleum-gas branch of Ukraine is advanced. A basis of the biopolitical approach and ecotoxicology, namely: principles of influence of the biofactors on social behavior of the individual; criterion of identification of sociocultural features of territory on the basis of classification of G. Hofsted rather macroregions of Ukraine have received the further development.
