Object of research - multiappartment housing. The purpose of research - development of a method of differentiation of housing on a level of comfort. The method of research is based on use of statistical methods. The scientific novelty of the received results consists in definition of factor structure determining comfort of residing in multiappartment houses, definition of typological groups of multiappartment housing on purpose, definition of application area of separate statistical methods at definition of the housing comfort factors. The practical value of the received results consists in use of research results in the project of architectural - typological and sanitary - hygienic standards of social housing design, opportunity of use of the recommendations in housing design practice.
