Susla O. Pathogenetic peculiarities of functional-structural disorders of the heart and changes of immunological reactivity of adult and old animals with adrenal myocardiodystrophy

This work is devoted to elucidation of the role of disorders of prooxide-antioxide system, changes in humoral immunity, phagocytosis and endogenous intoxication in the dynamics of development of damage of the heart in conditions of adrenal myocardiodystrophy of adult and old animals. There is examined the character of morphofunctional transformations in the heart at its adrenergic damage. There are shown, that in the conditions of adrenal myocardiodystrophy takes place the activation of free radical oxidation of lipids, there is oppressed the activity of energy supply enzymes in cardiac hystiocytes, there take place essential abnormalities of immune reactivity, develops the syndrome of endogenous intoxication and complicated structural-functional reconstruction of the parts of myocardium. The affection of myocardium is more evident in the case with old rats comparing with adults, and it keeps till the 14th day of the experiment. The received information is a base for development of new methods of differential pathogenetic correction of experimental adrenergic affection of myocardium.
