Essay

The thesis is devoted to decrease of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with chronic placental insufficiency and fetal growth retardation. It was established the interrelation between biochemical, immunological, morphological and Doppler disorders - activation of lipid”s peroxidation, depression of antioxidant defense, cytokine disbalance proceeded on the backgrounds of expressed histological and ultrastructural changes in placenta, that lead to rise of vessel resistance in fetoplacental complex and make intrauterine placental state worse. The effectiveness of Coenzyme compositum was proved. Medical-pathogenetic complex of correction of discovered disorders was developed and introduced. It allowed to reduce frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with this pathology.
