Essay

Object of research are processes of organizational innovations in system of innovational management of the enterprise. The purpose of research is development on the basis of the system approach of the concept and mechanisms of management of the organizational innovations directed on increase of a system effectiveness of innovational management of the enterprise. Methods - a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, works of domestic and foreign scientists, methods of the economic analysis, the system approach. Results: the concept of a control system is developed by organizational innovations, mechanisms of management are developed by readiness of the enterprise for innovations, the method of an estimation of economic efficiency of management is developed by process of organizational innovations, the structure of information system of support of decision-making in management of readiness of the enterprise to organizational innovations is developed, the structure of factors of readiness of the enterprise to organizational innovations is advanced, the economic essence of the phenomenon of resistance to organizational innovations is proved. Novelty: the concept of a control system by the organizational innovations, based on the system approach is developed, the taking into account interrelation of parameters of innovations and the enterprises, allowing to estimate expediency of introduction of a concrete innovation at the separate enterprise and to develop the administrative decisions directed on increase of efficiency of innovational process; mechanisms of management by readiness of the enterprise for the innovations, basing on a method of the diagnostic analysis of factors of the individual and system resistance are developed, allowing to raise efficiency of administrative decisions; the method of an estimation of economic efficiency of management by process of the organizational innovations, constructed on a basis models of use of the resources is developed, allowing to provide economy of all kinds ofresources during introduction of organizational innovations; the structure of information system of support of decision-making in management of readiness of the enterprise to organizational innovations that allows to speed up process of the diagnostic analysis of factors of individual and system resistance is developed and to provide validity of administrative decisions; The structure of factors of readiness of the enterprise to organizational innovations that allows to estimate processes and the phenomena in management of innovational activity of the enterprise is advanced; has received the further development a methodological substantiation of economic essence of the phenomenon of resistance to organizational innovations on the basis of research of his factors, forms and consequences that deepens conceptual the device.
