Dubrova O. Forming of the complex system of economic risk management (based on materials of the oil-fat industry enterprises in Ukraine)

Enterprise risks and system approach to the risk-management in the modern economy conditions. Development of theoretical, methodical and practical bases of creation the effective system of an economic risk management, particularly on the Ukraine's oil-fat enterprises. Methods of abstracting, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and dialectical approaches, method of an expert estimations, specific estimation methods of risk degree. The theoretical aspects of economic activity risk management has got further development, the directions and methods of influence on the risk degree, its selection were grounded, taking into account specified criteria. The algorithm of risk management at the oil-fat enterprises is developed with the selection of stages, which allow to realize the risk-management taking into account the object of management, methodic of estimation the risks, determination the efficiency of CSERM functioning. The economic-mathematical model of optimization theeconomic results of an enterprise's activity is applied taking into account the risk degree of profitability loss at certain types of oil-fat products.
