Khaylova T. The Creation of State Management Mechanisms of the Economic Security of Entrepreneurship

Object of research - Ukrainian business as the special group of interests having ability to self-organizing and development and rendering major (key) influence on economic strategy of the state. The purpose of research - to reveal the contents and functions of institute of economic safety in system of state management and on this basis to develop the effective mechanism of state management of economic safety of business. Methods of research - institute, situation, comparative the economic and political analyses, logic-structural modeling, method of individual and collective expert estimations. The practical significance of the received results consists in structuring of system of state management of economic safety of business, development of complex expert system of an estimation and analysis of a condition of economic safety of business. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that for the first time is proved, that the economic safety of business is object of state management; is indicated on necessity of development of organization-methodical maintenance of formation of mechanisms of state management of economic safety of business; the concept "a nucleus of economic safety of business" is reasonable; is developed and the expert system of the analysis and estimation of economic safety of business is introduced into practice of state management. The system of state regional management of economic safety of business; mechanisms of the prevention of economic criminality as a institute trap of state management; the methodical approaches to realization of scientific examination and researches of a condition of economic safety of business are advanced. The theoretical and methodological device of the institute theory in sphere of principles and laws of institute transformations of norms of economic and political behavior; the contents, function and structure of institute of economic safety of the state in system of state management, that has allowed to develop effective and is practical meaning methods of state politics have received the further development.
