Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the development of the differentiated methods in resort treatment of patients with a chronic colitis in view of the character of dysbiosis and the conditions of an immune system in order to increase the efficiency of therapy.As a result of the complex inspection of patients including clinical, laboratory, instrumental and histological researches and exposed сorrelation between immunological, dysbiotical, morphological violations and the character of clinical stage of chronic colitis the differentiated complexes of treatment with combinations of probiotic, galvanic current, mud-therapy and the intake of low-mineralized mineral waters of a different chemical composition were developed. On the basis of the study of direct and remote results of treatment it is proved, that the use of the developed complexes in resort treatment of patients with chronic colitis depending on the character of dysbiosis and immunological violations considerably increases the efficiency of therapy, рrevents the development of intensifications of the disease and promotes medical and social rehabilitation.
